Return/exchange of goods

According to the legislation, non-food products of appropriate quality must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in complete packaging without damage and traces of use with the relevant document confirming the purchase (goods receipt, invoice). To process the return, you need to have an identity document with you (passport, driver's license).

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the purchased products or have discovered a defect, lack of production, etc. - you also have the opportunity to contact us. The decision to return/exchange goods is made on an individual basis with the possibility of a full/partial refund or exchange for an identical one.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned include:
