Description

Rotor SD 6-3 TDBS Slimline is designed to work as part of a screw pair with the stator SD 6-3 Slimline. It is used in plastering stations and pumping equipment for the continuous supply of building mixtures.

The rotor operates in conjunction with the stator, forming working chambers for the transportation of material. The SD 6-3 Slimline system is designed to work with gypsum and gypsum-lime plasters, lightweight plasters, lime-cement mixtures, adhesives, reinforcing and finishing compounds, fillers, and other building materials of appropriate granulation.

The screw pair SD 6-3 Slimline provides a performance of 20 l/min at 400 rpm and 10 l/min at 200 rpm. The maximum grain size of the material is 2 mm, and the working pressure is up to 20 bar.

The rotor is used with plastering stations PFT G 4, RITMO XL, and SWING L, equipped with the corresponding screw system SD 6-3 Slimline.
