The soil ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT is intended for priming dense, smooth, weakly absorbent bases made of monolithic and prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete, aerated concrete (aerated concrete, foam concrete), brick, tile, glass, etc., as well as for the preparation of cement, cement- lime plasters, plasterboard, fiberboard, chipboard, OSB surfaces before applying them, decorative plasters, gypsum and cement plasters, tile glue, stucco decoration, construction mortars, etc.

It is used inside and outside industrial, residential, warehouse and other premises. It can be used as a coating for temporary conservation of facade surfaces for the winter period. It is especially effective for facing surfaces by the "tile on tile" method.

Also used for priming metal embedded elements before plastering and on old painted surfaces, if the paint has sufficient adhesion to the surface. Contains no solvents. Ready to use.

Preparation of the base:

The base must be strong, free of dust, dirt, lime, grease, oil or emulsion paints. During repair work, before applying the EG 63 BETON KONTAKT soil, it is necessary to carefully remove weak areas of the base and repair the surface using one of the ANSERGLOB materials.

Bases made of highly absorbent lime-cement and cement-sand plasters must first be primed with one of the ANSERGLOB deep-penetrating primers, then apply the ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT primer and wait until completely dry (3 - 6 hours).

If there are fungi, mold, microorganisms, etc. on the surface of the base. remove them mechanically, treat the surface with ANSERGLOB ES 65 antifungal emulsion, rinse with water, dry, and then apply ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT primer.

Method of application:

The ANSERGLOB EG 63 BETON KONTAKT soil should be thoroughly mixed with a drill at low speed before use. The soil is applied with a brush or brush. Work on the same surface should be performed continuously, following the "wet on wet" rule. Dry soil is resistant to mechanical influences. After finishing the work, without allowing the soil to dry out, the tool must be washed with water.
