Description

The loading funnel is designed to supply components of the construction mixture to the mixing system of Putzmeister and Brinkmann mortar pumps. The model is compatible with Putzmeister 740/1, 740/2, 740/3, Brinkmann 260/45, and 450/550 and is used as part of the loading unit.

The funnel features a wide, bowl-shaped working part that receives material and directs it to the loading opening. Inside, there is a metal partition with a serrated edge, as well as transverse elements that form the internal structure of the funnel.

The side is equipped with a tubular handle for easy movement of the part. On the opposite side, there is a mounting unit with a cylindrical element through which the funnel is installed onto the corresponding equipment mechanism.

The version with a skip is intended to work in conjunction with a mechanized loading mechanism. The skip allows material to be fed to the funnel from a lower level, after which the components enter the mixing part of the machine. This arrangement is used to reduce the volume of manual loading during the preparation of the mixture on the construction site.

The funnel is used during plastering, masonry, and other construction works where the mixture is prepared directly on-site and subsequently fed by a pump through the solution pipeline to the working area. The part can also be used during equipment repairs in place of a damaged or worn standard funnel.
