Description

The Brinkmann loading funnel is designed to receive and direct components of a building mixture to the mixing section of the equipment. This model is used with Brinkmann 260/43 and 260/45/55 mortar pumps and mixing-feed machines.

The funnel body has a wide bowl-shaped design, which channels the loaded material to the lower opening. Inside, a transverse partition and a toothed element are installed to divide the working area of the funnel.

For installation on the equipment, side mounting elements with mounting holes are provided. This design allows the funnel to be secured to the appropriate component of the machine and used without a skip mechanism.

The funnel is utilized during the mechanized preparation of building mortars. It can be employed during plastering, masonry, and other tasks where dry components or prepared mixtures are loaded directly into the mixing system of the Brinkmann machine.

This version is supplied without a skip. It is suitable for replacing a damaged or worn loading funnel as long as the mountings and construction correspond to the specific modification of the equipment.
