Description

The outlet of the Putzmeister 3241 drum is designed for the discharge of the prepared construction mixture from the drum of the concrete pump to the subsequent delivery line. The Putzmeister 3241 belongs to the equipment for mechanized preparation and delivery of construction mortars, making the outlet one of the main components of the drum assembly.

The part is installed in the outlet section of the drum. The mixture is transported through an internal channel from the container to the connected element of the delivery system, after which it is conveyed to the work site via a discharge hose or another section of the pipeline.

The design of the outlet is made in the form of a metal pipe with a flanged section for attachment to the drum. The flanged connection ensures the fixation of the part on the equipment body, and the connecting section is used to connect the next element of the delivery line.

This assembly is used on Putzmeister 3241 concrete pumps. A mounting kit with bolts, nuts, and washers of M20x65 mm is provided separately for this outlet, which is used for its installation on the drum.

The part may be needed during equipment repair in case of wear or damage to the standard outlet. Replacement allows for the restoration of the corresponding section of the mixture passage line without replacing the entire drum.

The product is supplied without a gasket. The sealing component is installed separately during assembly, so a corresponding gasket should be provided before replacement.
