Description

The outlet from the Estromat barrel is designed for the discharge of prepared building mixtures from the mixing and feeding equipment barrel. Such units are used in Ülzener Estromat machines, which are employed for the continuous preparation and supply of solutions at construction sites.

The component is installed at the outlet of the barrel and forms a channel through which the mixture exits the mixing container and flows to the next element of the supply system. It plays a role in forming the pathway for the solution's movement from the mixing chamber to the pump or connected pipeline.

The design consists of a cylindrical pipe with an expanded front section, a flange for attachment to the barrel, and two threaded connection parts. The flange has mounting holes for securing the unit to the equipment.

The Estromat is used for working with building materials, including plaster, cement, and other solutions. Equipment of this type is employed during plastering, repair, and finishing works, where the mixture is mechanically prepared and supplied to the working area.

The barrel outlet may be needed during the repair of mixing equipment in cases of damage, deformation, or wear of the standard outlet unit. Before installation, it is necessary to verify that the component is compatible with the specific Estromat model, the mounting location, and the connection elements of the system.

The product is supplied without a gasket. The sealing between the outlet and the barrel is selected and installed separately.
