Description

PFT PORENJET II – flow mixer equipped with a foam generator. Designed for continuous preparation of foam concrete of various densities at a construction site.

If necessary, the foam generator can be turned off and the machine is used as a regular mixer. When working in conjunction with PFT ZP3, it allows you to deliver prepared foam concrete to the job site.

The principle of operation of the PFT PORENJET II foam generator - continuously produces stable foam from air, water and foam concentrate, which is added to the cement mortar mixture in the PFT continuous mixer. The supply of the porous solution can be carried out with the help of a serially connected solution pump PFT, for example PFT N 2, PFT ZP 3 or PFT DM 11.
