Description

The Putzmeister M740/1/2/3 loading bucket with a skip is part of the mechanized loading system for the concrete pump. It is used for receiving building materials and feeding them to the loading funnel, after which the components enter the mixing section of the machine.

The design of the bucket is made in the form of a spacious metal container with an open top. Inside, there is a grating structure with crossbars located in the material loading area. The front part transitions into a fastening mechanism and has cylindrical mounting elements for installation onto the corresponding skip mechanism.

The skip ensures the mechanized movement of the loaded bucket to the machine's funnel. During operation, the operator loads material into the bucket, after which the mechanism lifts it and moves it to the loading area. This system is used to supply mixture components without the need for manual pouring of materials directly into the barrel.

The bucket is used on Putzmeister M740/1, M740/2, and M740/3 for preparing construction mixtures directly at the construction site. It is a replaceable element of the skip and can be utilized during the repair or restoration of the loading mechanism.

When selecting a replacement, it is necessary to consider compatibility with the specific modification of Putzmeister, as well as the conformity of the mounting and fastening elements of the skip mechanism.
