Description

1" 1/4 Brinkmann Screw Compressor Minimum Pressure Valve is designed to maintain the required minimum pressure in the air-oil system of the screw compressor. The valve is installed at the separator outlet before the discharge line.

During compressor startup, the valve maintains the pressure in the separator at the necessary level, ensuring oil circulation for the lubrication and cooling of the screw block. Once the operating pressure is reached, the valve opens the passage for compressed air to the pneumatic line.

The design also functions as a check valve: after the compressor stops, it prevents the return of compressed air from the line back into the compressor.
