GRUNTEX Grundiermittel primer is a vapor-permeable, alkali-resistant yellow primer-concentrate based on a polymer dispersion.
Application: intended for pre-treatment of hygroscopic surfaces, such as aerated concrete, ceramic and silicate bricks, expanded clay and cinder blocks, gypsum and cement plasters. Effectively reduces and regulates the absorption capacity of the substrate, promotes uniform hardening of gypsum and cement mortars.
Used for surface treatment:
- before applying gypsum and cement plasters
- before installing gypsum plasterboards using gypsum adhesive
- before laying facing tiles using tile adhesives.
- when installing gypsum screeds
For interior and exterior work
Consumption: approximately 0.1 kg/sq m undiluted when applied in one layer.
