KNAUF Betokontakt Primer

KNAUF Betokontakt is a ready-to-use primer designed to enhance the adhesion of gypsum plasters to concrete. It is made from a synthetic resin dispersion with quartz sand, dyed pink, and is resistant to alkaline exposure.

Application Area:
To improve adhesion on the following indoor surfaces:
• monolithic concrete and prefabricated reinforced concrete elements;
• solid concrete slabs from structural elements (monolithic);
• expanded and extruded polystyrene;
• other strong, non-removable bases;
• before applying gypsum plasters, adhesive mortars, thin-layer fillers.

Properties:
• Suitable for indoor use (especially on concrete surfaces);
• Ready to use;
• Provides adequate adhesion to the substrate;
• Pink color;
• Can be applied mechanically or by hand.

Drying time: at least 12 hours.
Coverage per layer: 250 g/m2
Shelf life: 18 months.
