Description

The protective lining is installed inside the barrel of the Mixman D4/D5 equipment and is designed to reduce the wear of its walls due to the solution. During the material mixing process, the plate absorbs the mechanical and abrasive load generated during contact with the working mixture.

The part has a curved shape for installation along the inner surface of the barrel and features two mounting holes located near opposite edges. The design without a discharge opening is intended for sections of the barrel where no passage to the outlet pipe is required.

The lining is a replaceable wear part. Its replacement is performed during the repair and maintenance of the Mixman D4/D5 when the protective plate shows significant wear or damage.
