Description

The protective armor is designed for installation inside the Brinkmann 260/45/55 equipment barrel at the central outlet zone on the left side. It protects the inner surface of the barrel from abrasive wear during mixing and transfer of the solution to the outlet node.

The part has a curved shape to fit the inner surface of the barrel, mounting holes, and a cut-out that provides space for the central outlet. The armor thickness is 6 mm, which corresponds to the design of a wear-resistant protective plate.

The armor functions as a replaceable protective element: during operation, it absorbs the mechanical impacts of the material, reducing wear on the barrel's main wall. It is used during the repair and maintenance of the Brinkmann 260/45/55 when replacing worn armor.
